No. In keeping with ITH's philosophy, you will only stay with us if you want to. Once the promotion ends, you can cancel the service at no additional charge.
Our infrastructure is based on a fiber-optic network and distributed access nodes. For Krakow, Katowice and Warsaw, we currently have two telecommunications nodes each, which are independent of each other. In other cities, we have one access node each (as of today). In the network we use equipment from reputable manufacturers such as: Huawei, Fortinet and Juniper.
ITH Net services are installed within 7 to 60 days, depending on the location. The extended installation period may be affected by the size of the investment we have to make for you. We provide services based on our own fiber optic network.
Installation and activation fees depend on location, type of service and contract term, as well as promotional offers. Therefore, installation fees in selected offers should be verified each time.
