Yes, at ITH we provide the option of purchasing ITH Tele and ITH Net services in ITH Ready buildings for an indefinite period in the prepaid model.
In the prepaid model, you pay for the service before it's used. For example, for internet access in February, you pay in January. If the service isn't paid for, it won't be active, and after two months of inactivity, it will be deactivated. In this case, if you want to cancel your ITH service, you don't even need to give notice—just don't pay. This model is designed for companies that don't know when or to what extent they'll need ITH Net services. It also completely removes any risk associated with purchasing ITH services.
Most ITH services are available under open-ended contracts. The exception to this are locations requiring significant network construction investments. For other ITH services, a fixed-term contract is only required in cases where significant investment by ITH is required to launch the service.
Contract prices are guaranteed for the entire duration of the contract, in accordance with its provisions. For services with an indefinite term, we will notify you well in advance of any planned price changes.
Depending on whether the selected location is ITH Ready or not, installation times range from 3 days (standard 7) to 90 days. We always deliver the ITH fiber optic infrastructure to the designated location. The ITH network itself is built in cable ducts or overhead (on poles). The ITH fiber optic cable is terminated with a subscriber device with an RJ45 port.
