In the case of an ITH Net symmetric connection, if you are not currently within the range of our fiber-optic network, we will build a dedicated connection for you and connect your building to the ITH Net network via our symmetric fiber-optic link. This will allow you to enjoy internet access with identical upload and download speeds through our dedicated symmetric fiber. ITH Net symmetric connection – internet access in your office. Standard available packages range from 1 Mbps to up to 100 Gbps on a single interface. We enable dynamic bandwidth modification, allowing you to increase bandwidth as your demand for high-speed internet grows, and decrease it when the demand lowers (according to your company's needs at a given moment). You can implement changes as quickly as fiber operates – almost at the speed of light.
Each ITH Net symmetric connection is delivered with an SLA agreement – guaranteeing availability, including bandwidth (guaranteed download and upload speeds, with identical bandwidth in both directions). We offer three SLA packages that you can choose from according to your business needs and risk minimization. We also offer a symmetric connection with a backup, meaning that in this case, we provide a primary connection (symmetric fiber) as well as a backup connection built on an independent fiber network and connected to independent access nodes.

Our ITH NOC engineering team will check your current router, if it will be suitable for your chosen Internet access package then nothing needs to be changed, however, if the Internet from ITH will be too fast to be served by your current router - we can provide a router for you as part of the ITH NaaS service, i.e. network as a service, or our team will advise you on the most optimal router for your business needs.
Symmetric Internet is a type of Internet connection in which the download speed is the same as the upload speed (the speed in both directions is the same and ensures the symmetry of the link)

Most ISPs do not offer the opportunity to test their services, but at ITH we rely on a partnership approach, which is why we offer our symmetric Internet in a “Try and buy” model. - where you can test it without any consequences. We also allow you to test our link within the servers exposed in the ITH Cloud public cloud (also free of charge) where you will be able to check our symmetric links, download speeds, upload speeds and transfer speeds of large files - you will see how our service works both ways.
