All services included in the ITH NaaS are managed and monitored 24x7 by iTH engineers by default. However, it is possible for a customer's experienced IT department to manage the entire solution on its own.
We provide an SLA for the service, which guarantees adequate response times and the correction of any problems.
In case of problems, e.g. with a telecoms operator, it is ITH who contacts the operator in order to report and rectify the failure (24x7)
