The ITH Group is a group of companies with capital or personal links operating in the field of new technologies. The founder of ITH is Niko Balaza and Jakub Jedynak.
The originator, creator and then implementer of the Krakow company S-NET Sp. z o. o. focusing on telecommunications services for business. He founded and managed the company for over 10 years. In 2017, he sold 100 shares in S-NET and INTRINO to the Toya chain in Łódź. Since January 2020, he has been focusing on the development of new projects, including the ITH company. Enthusiast of technological innovations, motoring, bookworm. Stubborn in pursuing the goal and achieving it. It focuses on strategic areas such as management, marketing or sales and the execution of its plans and assumptions. A graduate of many Harvard Business Review Polska (ICAN) training courses, including Management, Strategic Leadership Academy, Personal Leadership Academy. Student of the University of Economics in Krakow, majoring in Marketing and Media Communication. A determined autodidact who draws his knowledge from the press, books and his own experimentation.
He has been a contributor to the ITH project since its launch. For years, he worked for the Cracow-based company S-NET and was responsible for the implementation of investments related to the construction of a optical fibre network and the activation of new customers. Currently at ITH, he is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the passive network and is additionally responsible for the department related to the implementation of external investments for customers of the ITH Group.
