Our company sends the newsletter via the e-mail marketing platform MailChimp, therefore the recipient of your data is The Rocket Science Group LLC, based in Atlanta, USA. In connection with sending the newsletter via the MailChimp platform, your personal data is transferred to the United States of America, however, your data is secure as it is protected by the “EU-US Privacy Shield” program (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of July 12, 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield).

In addition, we point out that your personal data is also processed by the ZOHO program, so the recipient of your data is also ZOHO Corporation, headquartered in Pleasanton, California, USA, and ZOHO CORPORATION PVT. LTD. based in Valancherry, India. Data transferred to ZOHO has been secured by signing the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

It is possible to obtain a copy of the personal data transferred to the aforementioned third countries.

Other recipients of your personal data may be entities with which ITHl cooperates in order to perform services provided to you (in particular, postal or courier operators, banks, state authorities, providers of external systems supporting our operations). The transfer of data is always carried out in accordance with the law, on the basis of the concluded contract, which indicates the purposes of processing specified by us.

You have the right to access the content of your data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. If the processing of your personal data is based on your previously given consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

If you suspect that your personal data is being processed in violation of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 and/or the Data Protection Act, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. Your personal data will be processed for the period of execution of the concluded contract (and, to the extent necessary, until the expiration of the legal relations related to this contract), and in the case where the basis for processing is the consent you have given, until you withdraw your consent to process your personal data.
