How is the KNX system built?

The systems we build are based on devices and controllers from the leading manufacturer of KNX hardware - ABB. We provide a complete installation - from the design work at the planning stage of the entire space (office, warehouse, residential) through to the delivery of the equipment and the physical installation:

"KNX is a system based on a distributed convention, so that no central unit is required. Each bus element connected to the installation is equipped with a processor and the necessary components for independent operation. With this solution, in the event of a failure, the system - with the exception of a faulty bus element - functions correctly, in contrast to centralised systems in which the entire system stops working in the event of a failure."
