How do you choose internet for your business? A guide from an ITH expert
Want to find out what type of Internet access best suits your company’s needs? We will try to illuminate this question. Fiber-optic cable is characterized by remarkable resistance to the vagaries of the weather, andthe only thing that can harm it is the cutting of the cable during construction activities or the intentional actions of third parties. The radio link, on the other hand, acts as a “backup” link in places where laying two fiber optic cables independently is too challenging. Asymmetrical link
Asymmetric link is nothing more than a SOHO segment, dedicated to micro and small businesses that value simplicity and do not have excessive expectations. The asymmetric link is the ideal solution for companies that have few employees and can afford network interruptions.

You don’t fill the cloud with huge streams of data,
you don’t have servers in the office that open the door to outside users,
You are not using a VPN server,
You don’t use the Internet to do advanced work online,
then an asymmetric link, and sometimes even mobile internet, may be the solution for you.
For large business customers, for whom the Internet is an integral foundation of operations, we offer symmetrical lines.
Symmetrical links
When we talk about symmetric links, such as our flagship ITH.net, we assure you that the SLA stands for quality, and there are really severe penalties in case of failure to meet the terms of the contract. In the event that any parameter is missing, the contract clearly specifies what compensation you are entitled to for the circumstances. For our highest SLA packages, the link is protected.
What is a link with protection?
Imagine a link that works like a double gatekeeper – built from two separate fiber-optic cables that have nothing to do with each other, and on the customer side each is accompanied by its own subscriber device. On the operator’s side, on the other hand, these two cables lead to two distinct nodes, ensuring the reliability and security of the fixed Internet. In the case of an asymmetric link (SOHO), SLA parameters are usually absent.

The market offer for business wireless internet is very wide, so many customers find it difficult to choose an internet provider for the company. If you want efficient unlimited internet and a stable connection, you can’t choose blindly. Our engineers, completely on their own, immediately sprang into action – having delved into the inventory, they instantly identified the available equipment, estimated the delivery time to the customer, and took care of the configuration, making sure that everything met the customer’s expectations. As soon as the configuration was completed, our technician promptly shipped it to the customer. Although it was Sunday, a day of rest, customer service resumed. On Monday, our sales team made contact with the customer to arrange all the necessary paperwork for the transaction and billing.
