ITH at Gremi Personal National Entrepreneurship Club Conference

On October 17-19, 2024, we had the pleasure of participating in the Gremi Personal Nationwide Entrepreneurship Club Conference, one of the largest business events in Poland. As representatives of ITH, we were proud to not only be present, but also to actively participate in the panels and networking meetings, which enabled us to establish new business relationships and exchange experiences with leaders of various industries.

A particularly important moment of the conference was the panel discussion “PRO tips/marketing lessons. Trends for 2025,” in which our CEO, Niko Balaza, spoke. He shared his knowledge and extensive business experience, discussing key aspects of building scalable sales organizations and using digital marketing to grow profitable businesses. His speech attracted the attention of many attendees and was an inspiration for those looking to grow their own businesses and succeed internationally.

Gremi Personal, an international employment agency, was one of the key partners of the event. At Gremi Personal, its representatives discussed current challenges in hiring foreigners and presented trends in managing diverse teams. These are issues of great importance also for ITH, where we are constantly striving to integrate modern solutions in human resources management.

One of the most valuable aspects of the conference was the moderated networking, which allowed us to connect with representatives of more than a dozen sectors, from medical service companies and aesthetic medicine clinics to exclusive fashion salons and real estate leaders. Among the participants were also experts from the financial industry, which allowed us to exchange experiences and make valuable contacts. Participation in the event strengthened our position as a telecommunications and IT services company, and opened the door to new, valuable business relationships.

There were also inspiring lectures organized by the Business Women Leaders Foundation and the Innovation Manager Academy, which emphasized the role of innovation and a strategic approach to business development. This is extremely important for us, as we are constantly striving to implement modern technologies and scale our organization.

Stefan Batory – Prominent Polish entrepreneur, founder of iTaxi and Booksy, two innovative technology companies that have revolutionized their industries. Beata Drzazga – founder of Poland’s largest private medical company BetaMed SA, which provides medical services at the patient’s home and at the Medical Center Clinic in Chorzow. It employs more than 3,000 people and cares for more than 5,000 patients. The company has 91 home care branches in 11 provinces in Poland. Owner and President of BetaMed Internation in Las Vegas. Owner of the Drzazga Clinic brand – Aesthetic Medicine and Laser Therapy Clinic offering exclusive facial and body treatments using state-of-the-art lasers. Owner of “Dono de Schegia”, an exclusive fashion salon for women. Winner of more than 120 prestigious awards and prizes granted in Poland as well as internationally.

Tomas Bogdevic – CEO at GREMI PERSONAL, an international employment agency specializing in hiring foreigners, mainly from Eastern Europe.

Piotr Bijański – Entrepreneur with 17 years of business experience. Created a nationwide network of law firms Your Lawyer 24. Regularly invited to television and online media as an expert on scaling companies, restructuring, crisis situations and getting out of debt. Active entrepreneur in many industries, who also invests in real estate and start-ups.

Karolina Lewinska – From participation in a distribution company to co-founder and CEO of Niron Invest Group. Business is her middle name. She is actively involved in the real estate market in Poland and Cyprus. She invests and helps others to invest, sharing her knowledge and experience. Her priority is to protect capital, diversify it and build a stable future for investors and their loved ones. Passive income from real estate is key to achieving this goal. Constantly hungry for new challenges, she constantly strives for perfection, guided by her aesthetic sense. Responsible for Niron Invest Group’s development strategy, she focuses on the quality and taste of the properties she offers.

Sebastian Bruski – A man who gives direction to the investments made in its projects. He brings out the potential that others fail to see. He has a weakness for old properties with a soul, in which there is great potential. He transforms his visions into profitable projects prepared for lease for himself and his investors implemented both in Poland and Cyprus. One of his recent achievements confirming his business sense is the adaptation of a former evangelical chapel into a building of apartments for rent in Zlotow. His main goals are to achieve financial freedom by building a portfolio of his own rental properties.

Pawel Szymanski – Has worked in the construction industry for almost 20 years. He began his career at the joint stock company PBG as a construction engineer, taking part in projects with budgets ranging from PLN 30 million to PLN 1 billion, where he gained knowledge of the processes operating on large construction projects. He then led the executive division at a private construction company, where he gained skills in human resources management and organization.

Paweł Bednarek – President of Columbus ELITE, the largest sales organization in Poland in the RES industry. Expert in building rapidly scalable sales organizations. For more than 15 years he has been actively involved in the financial, legal, insurance and, for the last 4 years, RES industry.

Aleksander Pawlak – He started working at Tavex in 2015. Internally, he coordinates the company’s activities in all areas, while externally – in line with his mission, which is to popularize physical gold on the Polish market – he convinces investors to build their investment portfolios wisely and explains the values of investing in precious metals. In addition, he is particularly close to the issue of cash turnover in Poland, and therefore he is very eager to speak on the subject, referring to research on the payment preferences of Poles carried out on behalf of Tavex.

Wojciech Wolny – Euvic S.A. generated more than PLN 1.5 billion in revenue last year and has nearly 5,000 employees. Wojciech Wolny’s achievements were recognized in 2014, when he became a finalist in Ernst & Young’s prestigious EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition, which recognizes the best and most successful Polish entrepreneurs.

Rafal Glinicki – Trader and expert in Volume Spread Analysis methodology and practical approach to trading. He is the founder and president of VSA TRADER Ltd. and CEO of Black Wolf Corporation. In 2015, he was honored with the FXCUFFS award in the “Personality of the Year” category, and VSA TRADER Sp. z o.o. won awards in the “Product of the Year” and “Event of the Year” categories. In 2016, he received the status of Honorary Member of the Association of Individual Investors. Rafal Glinicki is also the author and co-author of books, as well as the creator of the “Turtle Group” project, which was awarded the European Medal in 2015.

Witold Kowalski – Mentor, consultant, coach and CEO with thirty-five years of business experience. Introduced to Poland and managed for thirteen years Nike Poland, a subsidiary of the world leader in the sports market. Founder of the Polish branch and CEO of Telepizza Poland for seven years. Holistic consultant who, during eleven years of running his own company WK Profit Consulting, helped manage and lead more than ninety companies from a dozen sectors and several countries. Repeated mentor in central innovation projects of the European Commission, the Business Women Leaders Foundation and the Innovation Manager Academy. Author of the book “A True Leader in a Company with Sense.”

Wiktor Wróbel – Wiktor Wróbel completed his legal studies at the University of Bristol (UK) and Göttingen (Germany), followed by postgraduate studies in London. He worked as an English legal advisor advising banks and private equity funds on real estate transactions in European markets. Since 2015, he has served as chairman of the board of directors of the company managing all facilities operating under the “Nosalowy” brand.

Anna Grembicka-Wilk – Founder and President of the Board of Directors of the accounting firm Gembicka-Wilk Consulting Tax & Law, AG Biuro sp. z o.o., AG Komplex sp. z o.o. partner in law firms, founder and activist of the Pro-Nature Foundation, member of the National Chamber of Accounting Offices and the Entrepreneurship Club.

Author of trainings for entrepreneurs and their employees in the fields of accounting, taxes, CCC for accountants and entrepreneurs, organizer of conferences and meetings for accountants and entrepreneurs.

Szymon Gruszka – Since 2019, he has been associated with Columbus Elite Company, the largest sales company in the RES industry nationwide, as Managing Director, and as of September 2024, he has taken over the position of CEO. He started his career at the Technology Transfer Center of Wroclaw University of Technology, and spent the next six years working in Asia, Europe and the Middle East, developing a Polish cosmetics company. He has 16 years of experience in sales and consulting projects in 23 countries on four continents. He has worked with Forbes ranking individuals and companies in the FMCG, manufacturing and luxury goods sectors.

Sylwia Klukowska – CEO of Techmar Sp. z o.o., has been running the company since 2011, specializing in industrial installations. Her greatest success has been in Germany, where she has completed key projects, including installations at airports, clinics and production halls for the automotive industry. For these achievements, she was awarded the Forbes Diamond award for the fastest growing company. She manages a team of more than 100 people scattered across construction sites in Poland and Germany in accordance with lean management principles and a turquoise organizational style, emphasizing self-reliance, innovation and the collective pursuit of excellence.

Marcin Gać – Marcin Gać is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience, specializing in digital marketing. He is the owner of a number of projects, such as the ORION MEDIA GROUP media house and marketin9.com, a platform for buying sponsored articles. He also manages copywriting agency upcontent.eu, which creates content in more than 20 languages, and agency Wizzable.com, which builds websites and e-commerce stores. Marcin also runs OMG Prime Studio, a recording studio and more business portal, and ROI Institute, an SEO agency that helps companies with Google search positioning.

Monika Handzlik – Board member of the largest non-network radio group in Poland, reaching more than 1,000,000 listeners per week. Promoter of DAB+ (Digital Audio Broadcasting) digital radio. She was the first in Poland to commercialize radio stations broadcasting exclusively on DAB+. Previously, she spent 5 years as CEO of a consulting firm that represented Polish companies in EU institutions. The beneficiaries of the Public Affaris (PA) campaigns she conducted were more than 40 entities from the list of the 200 largest Polish companies.

Maciej Golebiewski – For more than 20 years, he has been following a professional path toward increasing freedom. Previously a strategic advisor, director in a corporation, owner of several start-ups in the RES industry, and since 2016 a real estate investor. He manages a portfolio of 1,500 rooms in 300 apartments in Warsaw. Has generated 72 million in rental income. Passionate about family, fatherhood, real estate and business development. Privately a happy husband and father of 5 children.

Niko Balaza – Originator and co-founder of Poland’s first flexible ICT service provider for business – ITH sp. z o.o., which covers all of Poland. Passionate about technological innovations, automobiles and watches, bookworm.
