Orange a new customer of ITH

ITH, a Polish company that is a comprehensive provider of IT solutions, has started cooperation with Orange. The aim of the activities is to build a modern network infrastructure, with Orange providing data transmission and ITH providing network infrastructure construction. The result of the cooperation is a network in a new investment, the Atut Bielany gallery in Cracow.

ITH was established in 2020. The company’s activities include telecommunications services for businesses, Internet access, telephony, IT helpdesk, hardware sales and support in the implementation of IT systems. – ITH is a partner for companies in the implementation of IT systems: from Internet, hosting, equipment and IT infrastructure design assistance to education, says Niko Balaza, CEO of the ITH brand. Hence the origin of the name – IT House.

ITH CEO is changing the perception of infrastructure as a service. – This process is transparent and customer-friendly. After selecting a package, the customer pays a symbolic zloty and waits to be hooked up to the network. What sets us apart is the simplicity of our services and flexibility – it is the customer who decides whether he wants to renew the contract. That’s why we don’t burden partners with signing long-term contracts unless they wish to do so. Using our services is a bit like using services like Netflix: it’s supposed to be convenient, transparent and simple,” adds Niko Balaza.

As part of the cooperation with Orange, it is planned to build network infrastructures in future developments.
