The end of the term contract – what’s next?

Is your term contract for server administration coming to an end? Find out what will change – and what stays the same.

Term contract for server administration is coming to an end: what’s next?
Approaching the end of your term contract for server administration services? Many companies in such a situation start asking themselves questions:
- Do I have to do anything?
- Will the service be discontinued?
- Will prices increase?
- What about the notice period?
The good news: if you work with ITH, you don’t have to worry about anything. Everything is designed in such a way that the transition from a term contract to a perpetual contract is automatic and without any paperwork.

Perpetual contract for server administration: automatic establishment
At ITH, once the term of a term contract (e.g., 12 or 24 months) ends, the contract automatically goes into perpetual mode without the need to sign new documents or confirmations. What does this mean in practice?
- You still have access to the same server administration services.
- Everything works as before – without any interruptions or changes in configuration.
- You do not need to contact customer service unless you want to change something.

Notice period – flexible terms after term contract for server administration ends
Once the contract goes indefinite, a one-month notice period begins to apply. This means that you can end your cooperation at your convenience, without long-term commitments.
This approach to cooperation gives you full freedom:
- If you are planning changes to your IT infrastructure, you are not limited by months of notice.
- You can respond quickly to the needs of the business, such as changing suppliers, scaling services, implementing new solutions.

Price unchanged – no increases after server management contract ends
One of the most frequently asked questions is: will the price increase when the term contract ends?
For ITH, the answer is no.
Subscription fees for server administration remain the same as during the term contract. If you have been using the service for 300 zloty per month, you will pay exactly the same amount when you switch to a perpetual contract. There are no hidden costs, new price lists, increases or changes in the scope of services. We do not use unfair business practices, nor do we introduce hidden provisions into the contract. With an ITH contract, everything is done in a completely transparent manner.

Do I have to sign a new contract for server administration? Absolutely not!
Everything happens automatically. When the term of the term contract ends:
- You don’t have to sign anything.
- You do not need to contact customer service.
- You don’t have to fill out forms.
Your contract automatically becomes a perpetual contract. You are still bound by the same terms of cooperation, the same scope of services and the same price. The only difference? You gain flexibility and the ability to cancel with one month’s notice.

What if you want to change something?
If you plan to:
- expand services,
- move from a dedicated server to a cloud server (or vice versa),
- Move from a no-administration model to full technical support,
- Optimize infrastructure costs,
…at any time, you can contact the ITH team, which will help you select a new solution tailored to your company’s needs.

Summary – flexibility, continuity and no surprises
The termination of a term contract at ITH does not mean the end of cooperation or involve any additional obligations. It’s a smooth transition to an open-ended model that gives you more freedom without worsening the terms of cooperation.
What do you gain?
- Peace of mind – you don’t have to sign or extend anything.
- Transparency – the price and scope of services remain the same.
